No, credits can only be used for purchases on the InDeal website and aren't refundable for cash. But if you would like to earn cash from InDeal, look into our "Affiliate Program". Earn cash while saving money just by telling your friends about the amazing deals your getting.

Our refund policy can be found in our Terms & Conditions and is also written on each voucher:

InDeal will provide a refund if you change your mind within five days after you've purchased your voucher and want to 'return' the unused voucher. After that, we do not provide refunds except that we will provide a refund if you are unable to redeem a voucher because the merchant has gone out of business.

First of all thank you for purchasing!  You should receive your Voucher in your email shortly after purchasing.  It will come as a PDF attachment personalized and ready for you to print.

If your InDeal Voucher expires, you can always redeem it for the amount paid. Please review our Terms & Conditions page for more information.
